Q. - How do you ship?
A. - We use UPS Ground unless you choose a different option at checkout.

Q. - Where are you located?
A. - We are located in Metuchen, NJ right outside of NYC.

Q. - What type of shirts do you use?
A. - We use major name brand shirts, such as American Apparel, Gildan, Anvil, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom and Jerzees.

Q. - How long is your turnaround?
A. - Our turnaround time depends on our customers needs. Our standard turnaround is 10 business days, however, if you need your order by a specific date, you can always "rush" your order when you check out.

Q. - How much is your rush charge?
A. - 35% of your order total order not including shipping.  Rush orders ship within 3 business days.  You choose the shipping method.

Q. - I don't see the shirt color or type of merch I want…
A. - Please give us a call at 1-877-OK-MERCH or use the contact form to your right, we have colors and types of apparel not available on our website. We would be more than happy to assist you with any problems or questions.

Q. - What type of artwork do you accept?
A. - Check out out online designer, click on the upload artwork button for details.  It will explain everything!  Click HERE to go to our Online Garment Designer.

Q. - What type of payments do you accept?
A. - We accept all major credt and debit cards as well as paypal.  If you wish to pay by check or Western Union please call to place your order.
